Despite languishing in development hell for years, last year’s Paranormal Activity went on to become both a critical and box office smash, you can read our review for it here, so with that in mind it didn’t take long for a sequel to be greenlight.
The film, which is set for release this Halloween continues it’s use of found footage to record a haunting, this time replacing an argumentative couple with a dog and child. Whether new director Tod Williams manages to live up to Oren Peli’s original work is yet to be seen but we here at BurnAllZombies are quite confident that after watching the trailer found below that you’ll be thinking twice about any bump in the dark you might hear tonight.
Ken says:
In case you’re wondering what’s up with the trailer above, we’ve been passed the Irish trailer (the green-band trailer isn’t green enough…or something like that.) Be warned, THIS DOES NOT WORK IN GOOGLE CHROME! I use Chrome myself, but let’s face it, its flash abilities can leave a lot to be desired. If you’re too lazy to open up another browser (come ON, you’ve got to have another browser on your computer: what kind of geek are you?) you can check the trailer here. Also, I’ll be letting Dan update you on this one: I’d like to sleep sometime this year…
