In keeping with the massive viral campaign going alongside Scott Pilgrim vs The World, the trailer for Edgar Wright’s new movie (based on the comics by Bryan Lee O’Malley) has just gone live, thanks in no small part to a facebook campaign, with the ultimate goal of winning the movie to 100, 000 fans to get the trailer posted.
Interestingly, the same trailer was posted on Friday on Universal Pictures’ youtube account, and is linked below: doesn’t seem quite so awesome when you look at it like that, but the trailer itself is an awesome amalgam of humour, video game references and downright nerdy awesomeness.
Scott Pilgrim vs The World is due for release in August 2010.
